The Idaho Society of Radio Amateurs-Magic Valley Chapter operates an 
amateur radio tubebank.  While the supply is not tremendous (about 2000 
tubes), there might be a chance we would have what an amateur would need 
to restore an old radio.  The club asks for $3 per tube ordered for 
shipping and handling.  If you have old tubes (that are good) you might 
want to donate them to the cause also.  The trustee is:
