Unfortunately, no one has made radio contact with him since August 18th. He reportedly had trouble earlier with a satellite transceiver and was then relying solely on ham radio. If you live on the West Coast of North America or in Hawaii, your assistance is urgently requested to help re-establish radio contact with Subaru.
I have been trying to make contact with Subaru since August 18, 1996. Unfortunately, no one has made contact with him since 18 August 1996. He may have equipment problems with his transceiver or its antenna.

I am calling him 10 minutes before each net starts. Please watch first if he is calling back. If you can hear him and if I can not copy him, call him and ask his location and condition.
Unfortunately, he can not use 14MHz band due to his limited license. He has two generators and ICOM portable transceiver. The antenna is not known.
